    This tome is a real life saver! Also recommend World War Z, Monster Island, The Rising, and for more general survival tips the Hardy Boys Survival Manual - go figure on that last one.

    Oh yeah, and my favorite tips from ZSG are to avoid shallow water in a canoe and that you never need to reload a machette.
