Michael, I did the type in Adobe Illustrator, printed it on Moleskine Cahier paper (the thin stuff) and pasted it into the book using spray adhesive. Up close, it's all cutting and pasting like Frankenstein.
well it is a cool way of working, the result is always very Marty Harriish :P the inking-watering is also strong, somehow it always reminds me of classical american comic books but I might have a wrong vision of it, something like, Will eisner's - A Contract with God
